A note about prelim seeds:

At the tournament, George Mason BH had to debate maverick in Round 7 and then forfeit round 8 due to an illness.  They were able to debate in elims and had 5 wins by then, so they cleared. 

However, in calculating the team and speaker averages to plug in for the missing speaker points, we first calculated the averages for their team scores without the average added in for the speaker scores; and only then were the maverick points added in, which made their high/low points about 5 points too light.  They were seeded at the 33rd seed and debated in Triples rather than as 15th seed and recieving a bye through to doubles. 

CEDA and Palmer regret the error, and apologize to the debaters and their team, who should be recognized as having (at least) been double-octafinalists at CEDA Nationals.
